Data Privacy

When you make a payment with Link; your data is encrypted with leading encryption standards to keep it safe.

Identify Verification

To verify it’s you, Link will text or email you a one-time code. For additional security on certain transactions, Link may require a secondary verification, including biometric or pin.

Security Standards

Link is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, which means Link meets the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

Storing Payments

You can store a variety of payment methods with Link and add as many payment methods as you’d like. When making a purchase, simply select your preferred card or U.S. bank account.

Purchase Assistance

If the assistance needed is unrelated to Cosmo Prof Direct or your stylist’s online store, please log into your Link account and view your purchase history. Link’s website has option for requesting additional support with your Link account.

Deleting Information

Log into your Link account at any time to manage your saved cards and addresses or to close your link account entirely.

Updating Email & Phone Number

You can update your email address or phone number at any time by following these steps:

1.    Log into your Link Account: https://link.com/

2.    Navigate to Settings section.

3.    Click on the email address or phone number you wish to update.

4.    Complete the field(s) with the new information and save.

If you don’t have access to the email address or phone number associated with your Link account, you can reset your account and update your information. You will lose any previously saved data including payment information, addresses, and purchase history. Once you reset your account, you can always add this information again by going to your Link account.
