To request a replacement shipment, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the hyperlink provided below this paragraph.

  2. The link will open up an email window. Please include the following details in the email:
    SUBJECT: Replacement
    BODY:
    • Your First and Last Name
    • The product name(s) you purchased that you requested be shipped as a replacement. If you are requesting more than one of the same product, please specify the exact quantity.
    • Provide a reason for your initial shipment or the product is not satisfactory.
    • Include the Order Number if available.
  3. Click "SEND" on the email.
    You have completed the final step of creating the ticket to initiate the requested shipment.
  4. You will receive an email within 48 business hours confirming receipt of your request.
  5. You will receive an update email once your replacement has been shipped.
    If the tracking number is not available at the time of this shipment confirmation, an additional email will be sent with the tracking number.
